    The Transaction Access Point (TAP) has been developed to enable the public at large to access a very broad range of products and services at their convenience and using payment methods that are accessible to them. Lucky Strike Pod

2003

 

    Due to legislation in Tokyo banning cigarette advertising, Lucky Strike required a new approach to promote their brand. The result was a series of events based around the above 'Pod' concept, which through a touch screen, allowed group interactive gaming and role playing all under the banner of Lucky Strike. 

 

 

 


 

   

   

Touchmart Oscar

2007

 

    Oscar is a one stop shop self service terminal which allows customers in a wide range of locations to purchase a pre defined and broad range of products, services and information. Oscar uses a touch-screen to provide customers with an easy to use and multilingual method to interact with service providers in real time.

 

 

 


 

     
   

   

MTN Kiosk

2006

 

   

MTN, a South African GSM network provider, approached XYZ to supply a touch screen multimedia kiosk for a new market in Nigeria. The solution came from an existing XYZ product which was customised specifically for their needs. The slimline and modular assembly simplified transport from South Africa to Nigeria.

 

 

 


 

     
   

   

Super Connector

2001

 

    The Super connector developed for the cigarette brand Peter Stuyvesant is at the core of a brand awareness campaign. The product acts as a central terminal, which when placed at various locations allows signed up users to communicate via email, SMS and view pictures of current or previous social events.

 

 

 


 

     
   

   

Slim line Kiosk with printer 

2005

 

    XYZ designed a standard range of kiosks called the Slim Line series, which in an entry level form consisted of a touch screen and speaker system. If required, the design allowed for ease of customization for clients specific needs, such as the above unit which has a Laser Printer.

 

 

 


 

     
   

   

Tactile Industrial Mobile Kiosk

2004

 

   

The above mobile kiosk with touch screen CRT display was manufactured for factory usage where workspaces migrate and information must accompany the user. The product can be easily navigated across rough terrain with the multiple handles and large diameter wheels.

GEO modular kiosk (Concept)

2009

 

    The GEO modular kiosk, as the name suggests, uses a geodesic dome construction to form a user focused experience for multiple users. The product is made from recycled Xanita board (structural cardboard) which is flat packed to facilitate transportation. The manufacturing process is such that one off customized graphics are possible. The touch screens and displays can be rented or purchased depending on your requirements.

 

 

 


 

   

XYZ Ultraslim mobile kiosk (Concept)

2007

 

    The Ultraslim mobile kiosk is intended for use in situations where uninterrupted and mobile usage is required e.g. conferences. When unplugged from the mains, Lead Acid batteries provide six hours standalone time and the Lithium version 12 hours.

 

 

 


 

     
     
   

   

XYZ Airport kiosk (Concept)

2004

 

    To ensure pedestrians in busy airport terminals noticed the clients kiosk, a pod like shape was used to stand our from the airport interior. XYZ Vandal proof kiosk (Concept)

2006

 

    Although kiosks have a variety of uses, in harsh environments vandalism can lead to costly repairs and in some cases theft of the unit altogether. The above kiosk uses materials and components which are impact resistant, durable and waterproof to IP67. The design allows for the kiosk to be left unattended allowing new markets to be accessed.

XYZ Rapid routes (Concept)

2007

 

    The Rapid Routes kiosk is designed for harsh outdoor applications, where severe weather conditions and vandalism are prominent. The design achieves the required durability by combining armor plated glass and "thru glass" touch technology.
